A Thematic & Stylistic Analysis of Asad Muhammad Khan’s Book “Tukroon main kahi gaye kahani”

Abstract

Asad Muhammad Khan is a famous Pakistani poet, songwriter, novelist and
short story writer. He is alive (90 years of age). “Kharki bhar Aasman”, “Burj
e khamoshan”, “Ghussay ki naye fasal”, “Teesray peher ki kahaniyan”, “Aik
tukra dhoop ka” and “Nirbada and other stories” are his famous short story
books. He received “Tamgha-e-Imtiaz” in 2009 and “Kamal-e-Fun Award” in
2019 for his contribution in the field of literature. Many of his stories are
translated into English Language. “Tukroon main kahi gaye kahani” is among
one of his famous books, in which he portrayed his travelogues of different
cities and letters. This article presents a thematic & stylistic Analysis of his
