Complaint Process

The Editorial Board of the National Journal of Biological Sciences (NJBS) is dedicated to providing quality services to its contributors while fostering trust and respect with authors and researchers. To uphold high standards, NJBS is committed to addressing appeals and complaints, rectifying mistakes, and ensuring ethical boundaries are maintained. Authors and readers can submit appeals directly to, providing detailed reasoning for their objections, ethical concerns, or responses to editor/reviewer comments. The Chief Editor will independently review the matter and may involve an appropriate NJBS editorial board member. The board member will assess the complaint or justification and may recommend accepting the appeal, further review, or maintaining the original decision.
