Complaint Process

The Complaint Process Policy of the Pakistan Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Research (PJHSSR) is designed to address concerns and grievances raised by authors, reviewers, readers, or other stakeholders regarding editorial processes, publication ethics, or any other aspect related to the journal. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the editorial office, clearly outlining the nature of the complaint and providing any supporting evidence or documentation. Upon receipt of a complaint, the editorial team will conduct a thorough investigation, treating all complaints with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality. The complainant will receive acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint and will be kept informed of the progress and outcome of the investigation. If the complaint is found to be valid, appropriate measures will be taken to address the issue and prevent recurrence, which may include correction, retraction, or editorial action. PJHSSR is committed to transparency, integrity, and accountability in all editorial processes, and the Complaint Process Policy ensures that all concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.
